La cirugía de la pared abdominal es un procedimiento que mejora la apariencia de los músculos y piel abdominales (vientre) flácidos y estirados. Dicha cirugía a menudo se denomina abdominoplastia. Esta puede ir desde una miniabdominoplastia simple hasta una cirugía más extensa.

La abdominoplastia no es lo mismo que liposucción, que es otra forma de extraer grasa. Pero la cirugía de la pared abdominal algunas veces se combina con liposucción.

La cirugía se llevará a cabo en un quirófano de un hospital. A usted le aplicarán anestesia general. Esto lo mantendrá dormido y libre de dolor durante el procedimiento. La cirugía demora de 2 a 6 horas. Usted puede esperar un período de hospitalización de 1 a 3 días después de la operación.

Para una cirugía menos complicada, el cirujano puede usar un dispositivo médico llamado endoscopio. Después de la operación el paciente llevará una faja especial, reforzada con un vendaje, según cada caso individual. No obstante, en algunos casos es preciso realizar una revisión cicatricial con anestesia local. Más que en ninguna otra intervención de Cirugía Estética vale la frase: “el cirujano hace la sutura y el paciente la cicatriz”.

Como posibles, aunque raras complicaciones, cabe mencionar la pérdida de vitalidad (necrosis) de la piel situada por encima del pubis que puede requerir un tratamiento postoperatorio más prolongado. Igualmente pueden aparecer seromas y/o hematomas que requieran evacuación.

¿Qué es la abdominoplastia?

La abdominoplastia es un procedimiento quirúrgico mayor cuya finalidad es extirpar el exceso de piel y grasa de la parte media y baja del abdomen y reforzar la musculatura de la pared abdominal. Este procedimiento puede reducir drásticamente el aspecto abombado del abdomen (coloquialmente conocido como “tripa”). A cambio, deja una cicatriz permanente que, dependiendo de la extensión del problema original y de la cirugía requerida para corregirlo, puede ser más o menos larga.
Si usted esta considerando la posibilidad de someterse a una abdominoplastia, obtendrá información básica acerca de la cirugía, cuándo está indicada, cómo se realiza y qué resultados se pueden esperar. Sin embargo, es imposible que todas sus preguntas queden contestadas, puesto que en gran parte dependen de factores personales y de las preferencias del cirujano plástico.

¿Quién es el candidato ideal para someterse a una abdominoplastia?

Los candidatos ideales para someterse a una abdominoplastia son aquellas mujeres u hombres que tienen una silueta relativamente buena pero que están preocupados por la acumulación de grasa o por el exceso de piel en el abdomen y que no mejora a pesar de la dieta o el ejercicio físico. Esta cirugía es especialmente útil en mujeres que han tenido varios embarazos, tras los cuales la piel y músculos abdominales se han relajado y no han recuperado su tono inicial. También puede mejor la pérdida de elasticidad de la piel en gente mayor, situación frecuentemente asociada a una obesidad moderada. Planificando la cirugía

En otros casos, ya se vaya a realizar una abdominoplastia completa o una mini-abdominoplastia, puede asociarse una liposucción de las caderas que mejore la silueta corporal de manera más armónica. Algunos casos, incluso, pueden resolverse únicamente realizando liposucción del abdomen. ¿Dónde se realiza la cirugía?

La abdominoplastia y la mini-abdominoplastia se realiza siempre en quirófano, dentro de una clínica u hospital. Son procedimientos que no deben realizarse la consulta. La liposucción también debe realizarse en quirófano, bajo condiciones estrictas de asepsia.

¿Qué tipo de anestesia se emplea?

El tipo de anestesia más empleado para realizar una abdominoplastia es la anestesia general, durante la cual estará dormido hasta que finalice la cirugía. En algunos casos, sobre todo en la mini-abdominoplastia y en la liposucción abdominal se puede emplear anestesia local más sedación, de manera que durante la cirugía usted estará despierto pero relajado, y la región del abdomen queda insensible al dolor (en ocasiones puede sentirse alguna molestia).

¿En qué consiste la cirugía?

Una abdominoplastia completa suele durar entre 2 y 4 horas, dependiendo de la cantidad de corrección necesaria. Una mini-abdominoplastia suele durar entre 1 y 2 horas. La abdominoplastia se realiza a través de una incisión larga de una cadera a la otra, justo encima del pubis. Se realiza una segunda incisión alrededor del ombligo, para poder separarlo de los tejidos de alrededor.

En la mini-abdominoplastia se emplea una incisión mucho más pequeña, también encima del pubis, no siendo necesaria la incisión alrededor del ombligo , que en algunos casos puede ser descendido al estirar la piel.

A continuación, se separa la piel de la pared abdominal hacia arriba hasta alcanzar las costillas, exponiendo los músculos abdominales. Estos músculos son tensados y unidos en la línea media, proporcionando así una pared abdominal firme y una cintura más estrecha. Después de la cirugía

Durante los primeros días el abdomen suele estar algo inflamado y pueden notarse algunas molestias o dolor que se controla con medicación. Dependiendo de la extensión de la cirugía, se podrá marchar a casa al cabo de unas horas o permanecerá 2 ó 3 días en la clínica. Su cirujano plástico le dará instrucciones para ducharse y cambiarse los vendajes. A pesar de que al principio no deba estirarse del todo, deberá comenzar a caminar tan pronto como sea posible. Los puntos de la piel externos serán retirados entre los 5 y 7 días; los puntos internos, cuyos extremos salen por los extremos de la incisión, en 2 ó 3 semanas. La vuelta a la normalidad

The German manufacturer of compatible printer inks, OCP, has released a new C/M/Y 136 ink for CL-446 cartridges (for Canon Pixma iP2840, MG2440, MG2540, etc. ). These printers are currently refilled with Canon MG2240, MG3240 (C/M/Y 710) OCP Ink Set.

New three-color dye inks (Cyan C136, Yellow Y136, Magenta M136) are used in conjunction with BKP 44 black pigment, providing true-to-original color reproduction and stable printing with a minimum drop size of 2 picoliters. They are also compatible with CL-146, CL-246, CL-546, CL-646 and CL-746 cartridges and related printers (for other regions).

New ink set tested with excellent 136 series gamut and BKP 44 black OD.
