SeaPerch

SeaPerch is an underwater robotics program where students build an underwater Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV). They learn basic skills in ship and submarine design and are encouraged to explore naval architecture and marine and ocean engineering concepts. Students learn important engineering and design skills and are exposed to careers that are possible in naval architecture and naval, ocean, and marine engineering. The program is sponsored by the Office of Naval Research (ONR) and managed by The AUVSI Foundation.
